Ownership changes in the dairy products market

The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) authorized Dr. Riad Naboulsi to obtain direct, sole control over the Wassim Sajt Kft., the Bábel Sajt Kft. and the Dráva Tej Kft.

The companies are belonging to the Naboulsi group. The Kőröstej Kft. and the Caravanes Kft. are processing raw milk and dealing with the production and sales of dairy products. The main activity of the Wassim Sajt Kft., the Bábel Sajt Kft. and the Dráva Tej Kft. is also the production and sale of dairy products.
