New owner and developing at the Bertrans logistic park in Kecskemet
Australia's Goodman Group buys logistics park in Hungary.
Goodman, an integrated property group listed on the
Australian Stock Exchange, has acquired the Kecskemét-based logistics park of
Hungarian logistics service provider Bertrans, in a bid to further expand the
facility. Goodman Group acquired warehouse buildings of 25,000 square metres on
the 4-hectare site, as well as a 2-hectare plot, on which it plans to build a
10,000-sqm building for logistics purposes.
Goodman is an integrated property group that owns, develops and manages
industrial and business space globally. With total assets of EUR 23.2 billion
and over 700 properties under management, Goodman is one of the world's largest
listed property groups.
