Norbert Tóth, the founder of Cocktail Class Budapest hosts exclusive, experience-based mixology workshops for cocktail enthusiasts.

This november, Norbert is going to represent Hungary at the IBA European Championship

he says.

From his competition results he is most proud of the category first place in the 2024 Hungarian Championship and then the first place in the super final: this gave him the opportunity to represent Hungary at the IBA European Championship in November 2025 and at the IBA World Cocktail Championship in Colombia. His favourite area is creative craft cocktails, where he reinterprets traditional recipes using modern techniques and local ingredients. His favourite ingredient is exotic citrus oils. Cocktail Class Budapest’s signature cocktail is the vodka-based Miss Summer.
