Netpincér’s parent company goes to the Stock Exchange
Netpincér’s parent company, the Delivery Hero, will be introduced into the stock exchange – portfolio.hu wrote.
The amount from the issuing of the new shares will be primarily spent on repaying loans and on the expansion of the company. One of the owners, the Rocket Internet’s exit will also be made during the issuing, because the German incubator house will need new resources, so it would sell most of its 35 percent stake.
