According to their survey, only 7 percent of companies expect improvement, 52 percent say there will be no relief, and 41 percent fear an even greater labor shortage than at present. The situation is characterized by the fact that two thirds of the respondents had a vacancy at the beginning of the year, and more than 23 percent had more than ten. 69 percent already faced difficulties due to labor shortages last year, they added.
