Spice paprika producers can expect special support

As in previous years in 2016 the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) is seeking to facilitate the market access of manual labor-intensive quality paprika products. The ministry provides the support of qualified paprika propagation material usage.

The objective of the support is to achieve higher yields, to produce balanced and predictable quality premium products, thus helping to increase competitiveness within the sector. The support rate is 75 percent of the net purchase price in the period between 20 October 2015 and April 30 2016, (eligibility period), but up to 30 thousand HUF per kilogram. (by our colleague)
