Budapest, Hévíz and Hajdúszoboszló remain the most popular tourist destinations
According to the premilinary datas of the Central Statistics Office (KSH), Budapest, Hévíz and Hajdúszoboszló were the most popular tourist destinations in the country in 2013 – the Hungarian National Tourist Office told MTI on Thursday.
According to the overall guest traffic datas, 7.8 million nights were spent in Budapest, 5.4 percent more than in 2012. The second most popular city became Hévíz with 1 million overnight stays (3.8 percent more than in 2012), followed by Hajdúszoboszló with 739 thousand guests nights (also 3.8 percent more than in 2012).
