The rules for product presentations would be tightened further
The Ministry of National Development (NGM) would further tighten the rules on product presentations. Therefore the ministry initated consultation with the partner authorities and civil organizations – was said at the joint press conference of the ministry and the KDNP on Wednesday in Budapest.
Koszorús László, Deputy Minister of State for the Ministry of National Development told that the consumer protection authority examines the commercial activities related to product demonstrations since 2008. According to the experiences, in spite of the controls and checks the organizers of such presentations are still taking advantage of the defenseless pensioner consumers’ naivety. (MTI)
