The desire to travel for leisure purposes has continued to increase
Not only did the desire for leisure travel for exotic and cultural cruises and city visits continue to grow last year, but passengers increasingly expect special, themed trips in addition to guaranteed quality service.

Interest in special trips is also growing
In response to the constantly changing travel needs and increasing demand, OTP Travel, which achieved a revenue of 34 billion forints in 2024 with an increase of nearly 15%, invites its customers to discover the beauties of the world in its 2025 catalog, not only on the company’s typical cultural cruises, gastronomic adventures, world heritage sites and special destinations. It expands its portfolio with thematic trips and trips organized by visiting the world’s most significant art fairs, unique in both the domestic and international markets.
The company is a key player in travel to the United States of America, among other things; Interest in the destination is growing dynamically, with the number of travelers to the USA increasing by 64% over the past five years. In response, OTP Travel is launching its first art-focused trip to New York. The unique programs of the trip were developed in collaboration with experts from Art Market Budapest, based on a strategic partnership established in 2024.
“More and more travelers are looking for a program that offers experiences tailored to their personal interests. The popularity of cultural cruises is constantly growing, and today’s travelers are looking for a deeper connection with local cultures, communities and nature. Our goal is to offer special experiences that allow travelers to indulge their passions while traveling.”
