The demand for non-alcoholic beverages continued to increase
Domestic buyers returned to the consumption of fruit juices and more and more people are choosing more expensive soft drinks and quality mineral waters while drinking less tap water – Magyar Idők wrote.
According to the Hungarian Mineral Water, Fruit Juice and Soft Drinks Association, representing the manufacturers of non-alcoholic beverages, the growth in real earnings also had an impact on the market of refreshments. In 2015 the sales of non-alcoholic drinks in Hungary increased by 10 percent. (Thurzó Katalin, Magyar Idők)
