KSH: the guest traffic of accommodation establishments increased in September

In September, the number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 3.7 percent, while the number of nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 15.0 percent, compared to a year before. The turnover of accommodation establishments increased by 8.3 percent – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported on Thursday.

In the ninth month of the year 523 thousand foreign and 487 thousand domestic guests spent 1.349 and 1.054 million nights in commercial accommodations. The number of foreign visitors after the 3.3 percent growth of August increased by 7.0 percent, compared to the previous year. (MTI)
