Retail sales rose further in the United States
Retail sales are expanding in the United States for four months – shows the newly published datas of the trade ministry.
After the 0.6 percent (revised figure) increase of June, sales increased in July by 0.2 percent, and the detailed datas show that there was only one area where decline was experienced, the automotive industry. The car sales fell by 0.1 percent, compared with June.
The index, that does not contain the car, fuel and construction materials sales indicated a half percent increase, which is the best performance of the past year. (portfolio.hu)
