Consumer sentiment improved further in the United States

Consumer sentiment is exactly in line with the expectations of the analysts in December, in the United States: the monthly sentiment index of the University of Michigan was 74.5 points, the highest since June.

Within the overall indicator, the assessing of the current situation sub-index rose to 85.3 points from the 82.1 points of November, while the six-month expectations, sub-index improved to 67.5 points, from the 64.8 points of the previous month.
