The agricultural land sale program continues
New state plots of land, this time parcels of land exceeding 10 hectares in size, may go to farmers. With the measure, the Ministry of Agriculture supports small and medium-sized farms and local producers.
The coronavirus epidemic, the Russian-Ukrainian war and the erroneous Brussels sanctions have highlighted the fact that food supply is a strategic issue, one of the bases of which is agricultural land. Despite the challenges facing Hungarian agriculture, thanks to the dedicated work and diligence of farmers, safe food is always on the table of Hungarian families. Therefore, the Ministry of Agriculture supports the activities of the actors of the sector with all possible means, one of the basic means of which is the development of property policy measures that take into account the needs of farmers.
