Further milk price increases
From the 1st of November, the price of milk and dairy products may increase again, because on the spot market a growing demand occured for raw milk – said Mélykúti Tibor, Executive Director of Alföldi Tej Értékesítő és Beszerző Kft.
This may mean the third price increase this year: in July and in September, the transfer price of dairy products increased by about 4-6 percent. In January 2010, started with 62 HUF, and in August, the contracted price for milk was around 71 – 72 HUF – said the Executive Director – reports ProfitLine.hu.
