US retail sales declined further
Instead of the expected growth, retail sales decreased for the third month in February, compared to the previous month in the United States, according to the report of the Census Bureau published on Wednesday.
In February, retail sales declined by 0.1 percent, compared to the previous month, instead of the expected 0.3 percent increase.
In January, the retail turnover also decreased by 0.1 percent on a monthly basis, according to the revised and slightly upward revisions of 0.3 percent. (MTI)
