The OKSZ proposes an amendment to the law, due to the foil on tobacco shop windows
The law does not require to put dark folies on the tobacco shop windows, but while looking from the outside into the shop tobacco products should not be seen – the nol.hu describes the position of the National Trade Association (OKSZ).
The organization suggests to change the law to allow the removal of the foils from the tobacco shop windows and entrances, because according to the association; it is clear that the law does not require the method of covering the tobacco products from the sight of children, exclude so curtains can also be used. However, this does not change the fact that it can be very tempting for criminals. (nol.hu)
