Law amendment for the protection of disabled and older consumers
The Consumer Protection Act changes next year: The new proposal would strengthen the consumer rights of vulnerable people. The authority can impose fines, even in the first case, if infringements are carried out against elderly and disabled persons – the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) told MTI on Thursday.
The amendments strengthen consumer rights in the areas of public services.
According to the information of the ministry, the government has prepared a new law amendment to further strengthen the consumer protection rights of young and elderly, and disabled people. (MTI)
