The Tesco has opened its 222nd store in Törökbálint
The Tesco expands its retail network further with a new store. With the latest Tesco in Törökbálint the number of Tesco stores in Hungary will increase to 222. The store provides jobs for 16 people, 8 of them are new employees, 6 people of them are local residents.
Elek Sándor, Mayor of Törökbálint and Pálinkás Zsolt, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the Tesco-Global Áruházak Zrt. handed over the new shop at the opening ceremony. The store has a 180-square-meter retail space in a rented building. The renovation cost more than 100 million HUF to the supermarket chain. The renovation work began in the spring of 2014. (MTI)
