The Turkish Anex Tour can be the second largest travel company in the world
The Turkish travel company Anex Tour may acquire the German subsidiary of the bankrupted Thomas Cook Travel Agency.
If the preliminary agreement now signed becomes final, the Anex Tour will be the second largest travel agency in the world after the German TUI.
The Daily Sabah English-language Turkish news portal recalled last week that Anex Tour had acquired Intourist, the Russian subsidiary of the bankrupt British tour operator group, which had been established nearly 90 years ago. (MTI)
