Törley and György-Villa wine auction successes
Another record was set up on the charity wine auction of the 19th Budapest International Wine and Champagne Festival. The total amount of 3 million 300 thousand HUF was offered for the Hungarian Maltese Charity Fund.
Among the one bottle items, the highest purchase price, compared to the starting price was reached by the György-Villa Winery Ltd., with its 2007 vintage, not available in the market, 5-liter, György-Villa Collection Villányi Merlot and the 2006 vintage Chardonnay based 3-liter Törley Raw Champagne of Törley Pezsgőpincészet Kft.
