Unbroken growth in smart device payments

Among K&H customers the popularity of smart device payments keeps growing rapidly.

According to the latest data from the bank, in September 2025 customers made more than 8.4 million digital transactions totalling HUF 84.6bn, which represents a 28% rise in payments and a 55% increase in turnover compared to the same month in 2024. Apple Pay remains the most popular solution: in September 2025 5.2 million payments were made in the value of HUF 56bn. Google Pay also performed very well, with 3.2 million transactions and HUF 28bn in turnover.
