Top Employers Hungary 2024: they are now the 10 best employers in Hungary based on the opinions of employees
The Munkahelyeink.hu international career platform has published the top list of the most popular employers. Currently, Top Employers Hungary is the only independent ranking based solely on employee evaluations. The highest rated employers on the platform are, in order, Yettel Hungary, Pepco Hungary, and Harman Hungary.
In 2024, Munkahelyeink.hu prepared the Top Employers Hungary list for the third time, which determines the ranking of the most popular workplaces in Hungary based solely on the opinions of former and current employees.
The aim of the initiative is to provide job seekers with authentic information about workplaces, as well as feedback to employers themselves on the results of their activities in the field of employer branding.
The ranking is based on a transparent methodology and real employee feedback[BB1]. 70% of the overall score is made up of the overall assessment and five criteria worth 6% each (salary and benefits, development opportunities, work-life balance, management, and company culture and values).
The survey was made on the basis of assessments given in the period between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. Only those employers who received at least 30 employee evaluations could be included in the list.
The 10 highest rated employers are currently as follows

3. Harman Hungary
4. METRO Hungary
5. Coca-Cola HBC Hungary
