More salty snack packaging canm start a new life in the join program of Chio and TerraCycle. The companies are now looking forward educational institutions to join.
The two companies are working together since March last year in Hungary. As the result of their collaboration, nearly 70,000 chips, hazelnuts, etc.. packagings will be recycled instead of taking them into the landfill.
The participating schools can win valuable sports equipment every month until March. They can offer 2 HUF after every piece of collected waste for beneficial purposes (either to their own foundations). At the end of the competition the most waste submitter school will be rewarded with a 250,000 HUF worth school greenering program, specially designed for the needs of the institution.
