Magazines: Oak-aged beers

Special whisky aromas are often created in Scotland by aging the whisky in oak barrels, in which previously Port or sherry were aged. Scottish brewery Innis and Gunn produces ale using the same method, their oak-aged beer won a prestigious prize in 2003.
