Pumpkin Festival during the weekend in Nagydobos

The largest, longest and “most real” pumpkin will be selected by the jury during the weekend in Nagydobos at the 13th International Pumpkin Festival, where pumpkin theater and pumpkin sculpture presentations will be held, as well as pumpkin cooking competition and tastings.

Dishes made of cooked and baked pumpkin will await the guests of the festival. Anyone can taste the pumpkin dishes, and can asks for recipes for the chefs. The festival starts at 10 am on Saturday. Football matches and carriage driving competition also awaits visitors. The festival closes on Sunday, with the concert of the Hooligans. (MTI)
