Tokaji is also included to the auctioned wines of El Bulli
The wines of the World-famous three-Michelin-star restaurant the El Bulli – which closed its doors last July – can be bought at the wines auction of Sotheby's.
The restaurant was known as the citadel of molecular gastronomy. Juli Soler, the business partner of Chef Ferran Adriá compiled a list of about 1,600 items, which was quite a challenge for him, because of the extremely volatile and innovative cuisine. Among the recommended wines, classic top champagnes and sparkling wines were also included, such as Bordeaux and Burgundy wines, as well as Torres' and Mas La Plana drinks. The wines were selected from 16 countries, and among the Portuguese, Greek, Canadian drinks Hungarian wines can also be found from Tokaj. (Decanter.com, Borkultusz, turizmusonline.hu)
