Tokaj-Hegyalja and the Zemplén region will be developed from 150 billion HUF

The development of Tokaj-Hegyalja and the Zemplén region will start soon, for which the government will spend 149.5 billion HUF – Wáberer György, the office of the government commissioner responsible for the development of the region, told MTI.

According to the information, a number of projects have been prepared so that they can enter the implementation phase as early as the spring of 2021. The development of almost 150 billion forints will make the centuries-old aspirations of the people living in the region a reality, ensure sustainable development in the long run, increase the population retention power of the region, stop and reverse emigration, and improve living conditions.
