Tokaj is one of the most prominent regions of Hungarian wine production
Tokaj is one of the most outstanding regions of Hungarian wine production, said the Minister in charge of the Prime Minister’s Office at a World Heritage professional conference in Tállya, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County.
In his speech at Mailloth Castle, Gulyás Gergely pointed out that the historical wine region of Tokaj-Hegyalja has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2002, and with this title the world has officially recognized the great importance of the Tokaj wine region and the wine community living here.
