Egg market trade mark against the industry’s crisis
The companies that are giving 90 percent of the large-scale eggs production agreed in using egg market trade mark on the domestic market, in order to strenghten their market position and consumer confidence – the communication of the Poultry Products Council states.
The use of trademarks is also supported by the Ministry of Rural Development and the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) as well. In addition to trademarks the egg industry also needs a Value Added Tax (VAT) cut and change in the labeling rules to be stabilized.
