Carlsberg's majority ownership in Estonian Beer Company
75% of the Shares of Saku Õlletehase AS went to the Carlsberg, the rest are freely tradable on Tallinn Stock Exchange.
The previous owners of BBH AB were
Scottish & Newcastle and Carlsberg Group both owning 50% of the
shares.
