Nestlé Health Science to get majority share in protein powder maker Orgain
Nestlé Health Science is to buy a majority share in plant-based protein powder maker Orgain. Founder Dr Andrew Abraham and Butterfly Equity will continue to have minority shares in the company, and the former will remain CEO. Orgain complements Nestlé Health Science’s existing portfolio of nutrition products that support healthier lives.
