Tens of thousands of fake products were seized by financial officers at a market in Józsefváros
In recent days, the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) raided the Józsefváros Golgota út market, where tens of thousands of fake products and printing plates were seized by the financial officers.
NAV informed MTI on Monday that the financial inspectors noticed an open warehouse full of goods in the Ganz plant, where no one was present; before the inspection of the premises, the owner of the warehouse was notified, who was not aware of the tenant. 34,515 fake hats, clothes, sunglasses, T-shirts and many iron-on branding were found in the pavilion.
A few days later, the financial inspectors searched another pavilion, where they found slippers, hats, belts, bags and printing plates with various inscriptions.
