McDonald’s selling more salads

Substantially more salads are expected to be sold by McDonald’s units this year, than in 2007. The total quantity sold in 2008 might reach 40,000 tonnes. As over one million portions have been sold in the first three months, sales are expected to exceed last year’s sales by half a million portions.
