More than one hundred thousand people visited the Sausage Festival of Békéscsaba
More than one hundred thousand people visited the Sausage Festival of Békéscsaba, which this year surpassed all expectations: the number of sausage-making teams was higher than last year. Several teams came from neighboring countries, but some came from a farther distance – Hégely Sándor festival director told MTI on Monday.
He told that the guests and sausage makers arrived to the four-day event ended on Sunday night from all over the country. He highlighted that more exhibitors and guests came from Transylvania, the Uplands, Carpathia, Vojvodina, and Poland, compared to the previous years. (MTI)
