More than fifty-three thousand people receive durable food packages

Nationwide 53,500 elderly people and people with disabilities receive permanent food packages – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Human Resources said at the opening ceremony of the program.

Czibere Károly explains that the 10 billion HUF grant program will last until 2021, the needy will receive funding every 3 months, and the food distribution will be organized by the Directorate General for Social and Child Protection. In the packs of about 10 kilograms durable foods such as rice, flour, sugar, jam, oil, pasta and canned food can be found. (MTI)
