More than fifty exhibitors at the Balaton Wine & Gourmet festival
In addition to more than 50 restaurants and wineries representing the Balaton region, this year the Balaton Wine & Gourmet festival will present the culinary specialties of France and Argentina between September 21 and 24 in Veszprém.
Family programs, free tastings, professional workshops and experience meals by Michelin-starred chefs also await the public in the Veszprém Valley.
Regional Development Minister Tibor Navracsics emphasized at the event’s press conference in Budapest on Tuesday: the creative industry and gastronomy can become one of the engines of the region’s economy. Therefore, he is confident that the collaborations established during VEB 2023 will continue even after the end of the series of events.
