A new Real store is being built in Békéscsaba

Élésker Kft. is building a new Reál store in Békéscsaba, on the site of the former knitwear factory, for an amount exceeding 3 billion HUF – was announced at a press conference at the site of the future retail unit on Thursday.

The building, which will serve as the architectural model for the new Reál Shops, will be 2,100 square meters, built with state-of-the-art materials and technology. The contractor Konstrukt X. Kft. will also build an 800 square meter retail space, which will be leased and a 211-space car park with six electric charging stations, as well as enough storage for 60 bicycles – Túri Zsolt, the managing director of the construction company said.
