The free beach and its surroundings in Tiszafüred will be modernized from more than half a billion forints

The free beach and its surroundings will be upgraded from more than half a billion forints in Tiszafüred, the capital of Lake Tisza, and the investment is planned to be completed this autumn – the deputy mayor of Tiszafüred told MTI on Monday.

Virág Tibor emphasized that regardless of the developments, the free beach is open and visitors are welcome. He added that one of the three projects has already been completed. Thanks to the 100 million HUF support of the Hungarian Tourism Agency, the free beach has been expanded with a modular pier system, a multifunctional sports field and a fitness park, where two motor lifeboats also operate, he said.
