The Pólus Center renewed from more than one billion HUF
The largest owner, the CBRE Global Investors renewed the 1996 built Pólus Center from more than one billion HUF – Gijs Klomp said, the company's director of acquisitions announced at a press conference in Budapest on Friday.
He explained that the Pólus Center is a first-generation shopping center, while the market trends are around the fourth generation, so they had to renovate it.
The Pólus Center is operating as a condominium, its largest owner is the CBRE Global Investors with 73 percent, but the tenants are also co-owners, so the renewal decision was born jointly. Many tenants have renewed their own businesses – said the acquisition manager. (MTI)
