More than one billion HUF product development at the Sole-Mizo Zrt.
The Szeged-based Sole-Mizo Zrt. developed new, special, fermented milk products from more than one billion HUF. The company won a 480 million HUF research and development (R&D) support at the contest of the New Széchenyi Plan.
The company said in a statement that the project began in 2012. The project aims to develop high-quality new type of fermented milk products in Szeged by using special procedures, equipments and materials – microalgaes, natural dyes and natural sweeteners – that meet the health-conscious food trends and have outstanding physiological effects. Among other things, natural yogurts, drinking yougurts, and algal yogurts were developed in the scope of the R&D project.
