More than one billion euros to develop tourism in Spain
The Spanish government has approved a 1.03 billion euros support to boost tourism, which is crucial for the whole Spanish economy.
Tourism generates 11 percent of the Spanish domestic product and employs two million people. Tourist businesses can develop their activities from half of the support. About 170 million will be spent on the renovation or construction of hotels, 9 million euros will be spent on the development of catering for the culinary objects and cultural areas will also get from the support – reports MTI Eco.
