Land turnover increased by more than double last year
Thanks to the Farmers’ Growth Program the land turnover more than doubled last year according to the OTP Farm Land Map Analysis.
Based on the size of the total land area involved in sales, 246 percent was the increase in 2016 and 165.5 thousand hectares of land changed hands.
According to a statement of OTP Bank, sent to MTI on Thursday, the prices have again increased by a 2-digit growth, by 10.9 percent from 1024 HUF per hectares in 2015 to 1,135 million HUF. (MTI)
