Financial institutions issued more than 700 thousand Széchenyi Rest Cards
The three issuers, the OTP, the K&H and MKB banks have issued more than 700 thousand Széchenyi Rest Cards until now. The card holders have paid in a value of more than 19 billion HUF by using them.
The OTP Pénztárszolgáltató Zrt. since January 2012 issued 537,770 Széchenyi Rest Cards for 11,794 employers. The card holders have spent 15.2 billion HUF at 14,938 accepting places. (datas: 10th of August)
MKB reports that that their more than 90 thousand MKB Széchenyi Rest Card owners can use the cards at more than 10 thousand card acceptance points. Until August the approximately 4,000 employers transferred 7.5 billion HUF to the card owners. The more than 90 thousand card holders are using the card at an accelerating rate. The total volume can reach up to 3 billion HUF within a few days.
The K&H Bank has reported that so far they issued about 76 thousand Széchenyi Rest Cards, that can be used at about 9800 acceptance points. About more than 9,800 employers were given benefits through the K&H Széchenyi Rest Cards, who spent 1.7 billion HUF. (MTI)
