Prices of over 60 household and hygiene products are reduced at ALDI
ALDI’s price reduction campaign is entering a new phase in line with customer needs and the market environment: household cleaning products, hygiene products and beauty products will also be available at significant discounts in the retail chain’s stores, with some items being up to 35% cheaper. The aim of the measure is to ensure that customers can purchase their everyday needs not only in one place, but also at even more favorable prices from now on.
Price reduction starts on May 23
The permanent price reduction, which is now starting, affects 61 different products, most of which will be available at new, even lower prices from May 23. The affected product groups include both private label items and branded products from well-known manufacturers. The price reductions affect cleaning products, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, detergents, fabric softeners, dishwashing detergents, dishwasher tablets, shower gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, toothpastes, feminine hygiene products, body lotions, as well as deodorants, liquid soaps and razors. The discount can reach up to 30-35% for certain products, and 33 out of 61 products offer savings of several hundred forints. For example, the All in One dishwasher tablet will cost 28%, or 1,070 forints, the Lacura razor will be 20%, or 400 forints, the price of the Lacura women’s roll-on deodorant will be reduced by 35%, while the price of the Lacura body lotion will be reduced by 33%.
Supporting conscious, cost-effective shopping is important
“We want to continue to offer our customers a wide range of products with the best price-performance ratio, including the basic household and hygiene products they need every day. That is why we are continuing our permanent price reduction campaign and working to make everyday shopping even easier, faster and more economical,”
– said Bernhard Haider, National Managing Director of ALDI Hungary.
