More than 44,000 people tried going vegan in January
This year’s Veganuár was a huge success, according to the organiser Prove: 44,535 people tried the vegan diet, encouraged by Adél Jordán and more than 10 other famous experts and influencers.

Veganism is not just a fad for the young
Women were once again in the majority (94.8%), even if the small proportion of men (5.1%) was slightly more than in the first years. 51.6% of participants not only avoided meat, but also dairy, eggs and even honey. Many reported positive health effects, feeling better, clearer skin or higher energy levels. //
