Top 10 call-centers of Hungary has been selected
The first call-center trade show of Hungary took place in Budapest on 23rd and 24th November 2010. More than 30 companies participated at the event, where the TOP 10 Call Center-award handed out its awards of excellence for the first time.
Human Resource Foundation founded by GfK Hungária Market Research Company and Hungarian Marketing Association, Direct Marketing Associatipn co-operated to organize the event. Providers were categorized and awarded according to various branches, considering cardinal factors like general attitude towards clients and problemsolving in general.
