More than 18 thousand people were interested in Hungary's new gastronomic market

Even in the last moments customers were standing in filled rows in front of the desk of the world sensational aurochs salami at the 5th Handicraft Hungarian Flavors Fair and Gastro Market.

“Hungary is tasty, and from fair to fair, more and more people think this so fair. At the fifth fairs and gastronomic market 120 Hungarian producers offered more than 5,000 flavors to the customers. The new trade fair concept was a huge success. More than 18 thousand people were interested in the flavors Hungary as well as in the Hungarian products. The fifth fair was the most successful so far. More than 20 kinds of cooked food could be tasted at the gastro points and the world sensation aurochs products had great success beside the fish and the venison market”- Pap Krisztián, CEO of Hungarian Flavors Trade Association (MIKSZ).
