This year, HelloParks handed over more than 170,000 square meters of industrial development
Despite the general downturn in the construction industry, the industrial real estate developer HelloParks closed its best year so far, leasing a total of more than 150,000 square meters of warehouse space in its halls in 2023. Founded only three years ago, the company, which is now the market leader in the field of new industrial developments, has entered into long-term partnerships with 13 companies this year, among them leading companies in their field. It shows confidence in the flexible and customer-oriented investor that he has successfully concluded pre-leasing contracts for buildings whose construction is only in the initial or advanced phase.
In 2023, the company handed over four new buildings totaling 174,000 square meters, of which MG3 is located in Maglód, FT6 and FT2 are located in Fót, and PT1 is located in Páty. Also this year’s success is that MG3 received the highest sustainability rating available today, Outstanding, in the BREEAM New Construction category, making the HelloParks warehouse the first home to achieve this level in the industrial real estate sector.
Among the partners contracted this year are several giant companies that dominate the world market in their sector. Among them, the German dm store chain took over its 18,000 square meter warehouse in HelloParks Páty PT1 in November of this year. DHL Supply Chain, part of the DHL Group, will also move into PT1, which will start operating in an area of 20,000 square meters from January 2024. And Aeroplex Közép-Európai Kft. will rent nearly 8,000 square meters of warehouse and office space in hall MG3 of HelloParks Maglód from the spring of 2024.
