A Belgian-Hungarian company is starting the development of more than 15,000 square meters of real estate near Budapest
In August 2024, the Alsónémedi project will enter a new phase, when the foundation stone of the 4th phase of construction will be laid. The investment with an excellent location lies between the M0 motorway and the M5 motorway, facilitating the traffic of companies by car and truck.
Alsónémedi – key to the future of businesses
RaktárAD’s latest project, which will start in September 2024 and is expected to be completed in 7 months, will be built on a plot of nearly 10,000 m2 in Alsónémedi. In addition to the already completed development of nearly 20,000 m2 in the settlement, the company will launch an investment of 4,400 m2 with 7 warehouse units in the next, 4th phase.
The buildings of the Alsónémed RaktárAD 4 project offer ideal opportunities for the establishment of warehouses, premises, and workshops. The modern, spacious and excellent value for money logistics halls can be designed according to individual technical requirements. The sub-units that can be purchased are available between 280-4700 m2.
